SHE KNOWS HER MERCHANDISE AND IS QUICK TO FIND YOU WHAT YOU NEED, AND I WIND UP WITH SO MUCH MORE THAN I HAD PLANNED TO BUY. Love mush low prices , but layways always lose your clothes and I had to go back cause somethings was missing out my layway but Marshalls is my one stop store - June

I returned the next day an item to Marshalls Streamwood, as what was posted in my receipt was not the one indicated in the rack where I got it from. Somebody must have put the blouse back to the wrong place. I expected some adverse reaction , but to my gratitude, the sales lady explained it quite well. I did not get a discount or a refund or anything but I found cheerful, amiable and apologetic salesladies. They deserve to be in that store! May their tribe increase! - Anon

I have been shopping at Marshall's on Beach Blvd for many years and i have (always loved your store ). I have been a business owner and in customer service for over 40 years now and i have learned a lot over these years. I have become (very observant ) to managers and there employees and I must say what i have visually noticed these last few months while shopping in your dept store .

I have noticed that on several occasions , that the cashiers have taken some pretty ugly comments from your store managers which was upsetting to watch. I have always enjoyed shopping at Marshalls and i enjoy watching people and their interactions with each other and i tend to pay attention to how people treat each other. I was pretty shocked how these managers spoke to their employees and how your employees were treated.

I am a professional business woman and i have learned over these years , that you can be stern and get the job done and be kind and respectable to your employees . The managers that i had noticed , need to take a look at themselves in the mirror and learn how to treat people . when you give respect ,you get respect back in return , that is how i was raised and how i treat people.

Sometimes we managers tend to forget ,that if it wasn't for these hard working employees, we would not be in business at all. I have watched these employees at this location work their tails off and see that they are working so hard , this Marshalls is a VERY busy store and from what i had observed , some of these employees should be in management... NOT .. the managers that i have noticed . I think that they need to take a hard look at themselves and NOT FORGET, that we are all human beings and that WE ALL deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Send them back to school to do some sole searching ,it might do them some good. I would also like to share ,that i have noticed one cashier that truly stands out , her name is Janice, she is the best, i have noticed her on many visits to your store, she is always polite , helpful and she is fast and i will go back because of her...It is very rare in these days and ages ,that people give a compliment to make some ones day and it only takes a second to make a person smile. Janice deserves a compliment and it was nice to see her smile. - Anonymous

I found my receipt and finally manage to visit www.marshallsfeedback.com. However, when I get the survey ID and the rest of the information, I was not able to proceed. Is there an expiry date for the survey ID on my receipt? The receipt is more than 20 days old. - Jennifer K.

This afternoon I left my purse in the wagon.. An hour later a salesgirl named Arleen calledme at my home. She looked up my phone no. In the directory (she got my address from my drivers license). My purse was returned with nothing missing. Arlene went above and beyond, she could have just left it in lost and found.
